I have an issue with the rollers not spinning on the FC5, I'm a mechanical engineer and have pulled my head assembly apart and found that the gearing and pinion are worn out. This is due to the gearing material being to soft for the torque required to operate the rollers. I'm out of warranty and have used the device maybe 20 times or so.
